Shipping Policy

BIURINI uses an international dropshipping fulfillment model, allowing products to be delivered to customers in different countries.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume.

Delivery Time

International orders generally take approximately 7–16 business days to arrive. Actual delivery times can vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local courier services, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, BIURINI will not be responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered package and may not be able to resend the order.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing an order.

After the 6-hour period, cancellation requests cannot normally be accepted because the order may already have entered the preparation and fulfillment process for shipment.
